These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and all purchases of bathroom storage shelves, towel racks, cosmetic storage boxes and related home‑bath goods from Cascade Point Ventures LLC (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing our website, placing an order or completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.

1. Eligibility

When submitting an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current contact, shipping and billing information. 2. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We sell bathroom‑related home goods including bathroom storage shelves, towel racks, and cosmetic storage boxes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes and prices displayed on our site are accurate.

• Minor differences in color, texture or finish may exist between product photos and delivered physical items due to screen display, manufacturing batch variations. These do not qualify as defective products.
• All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax, shipping and handling fees, which will be added during checkout where applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify product specifications, correct pricing errors, discontinue products, or adjust inventory availability without prior notice. If an item you ordered becomes out‑of‑stock, we will notify you and offer options of waiting for restock or full cancellation of your order for refund.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Payment must be fully completed at the time you place your order. Your order will only be processed after successful payment authorization. If payment cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled automatically.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss and Delivery

Title and risk of loss for ordered items pass to you once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times listed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost or mis‑delivered packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package arrives damaged, please follow instructions in our Return & Refund Policy and notify us within 48 hours upon delivery with supporting photos.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All return, refund and exchange matters are governed by our standalone Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the rules of that policy, including return eligibility windows, item condition standards, return‑shipping responsibilities and refund processing timelines. Unauthorized returns sent without our written return authorization may be rejected.

Under such circumstances, we may extend delivery timelines or cancel affected orders and issue full refunds for unshipped items.

These Terms together with our Return & Refund Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Cascade Point Ventures LLC for your purchase, superseding all prior oral or written communications. No modification shall be valid unless made in writing by an authorized representative of Cascade Point Ventures LLC.
